QA Engineer
QA Engineer at Two Desperados in Belgrade. Mobile gaming studio making puzzle games. Responsibilities include testing games, finding bugs, writing test cases, and collaborating with developers. Offers a 4-day workweek and private health insurance.
We're an independent mobile gaming studio in Belgrade, around 45 people. We make puzzle games — Viola's Quest, Woka Woka, and Nono Crossing — and they've reached over 30 million players worldwide. We're currently soft-launching two new games! What you'll do: Test our games across the full development cycle — new features, releases, post-release checks Find bugs, write them up clearly, and follow them through to fix Write and execute test cases, and sign off on shipping versions Work closely with developers and game designers — at TD, QA sits with the team, not on the outside Take part in playtests and give honest feedback on how the game actually feels Help us improve our QA tools and processes over time
You've done some QA before: internship, junior role, personal projects, doesn't have to be formal, but you understand the basics of testing You play casual mobile games and have opinions about them You communicate clearly: when you find a bug, the dev shouldn't have to guess what you mean You're responsible and you follow through. If you said you'd test it, it's tested. You're curious: you want to understand why something broke, not just that it did
4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday — Fridays are yours) Office-based work in Belgrade with a team that actually talks to each other Private health insurance, 23+ vacation days, full sick leave, gym membership An open-conversation approach to every feature or idea, no matter the background. If you've got an idea voice it!
