QA Engineer (maternity leave position)

QA Engineer (maternity leave position) at NSIS JSC (Central Bank of Russia subsidiary). Salary up to 230,000 RUB net + annual bonus. Strict hybrid: 2 days/week in office, Moscow. Mainly REST API testing.

Project: NSIS (subsidiary of the Central Bank of Russia), QA engineer for maternity leave position. Responsibilities: - Test design: generation and implementation of test set (extension or update of existing test case base, control of coverage completeness); update and maintain regression set of Postman collections in area of responsibility; develop test documentation. - Software testing (mainly REST API): execution and debugging of test set (Postman Runner); analysis and comparison of regular regression runs of Postman collections for release testing; participation in Demo, acceptance testing, preparation of results. - Test analysis: participation in the third line process; analysis of software behavior in different environments and bug reporting; consultations with colleagues from related departments.

- Higher technical education (completed degree mandatory) - Understanding of software development life cycle, goals and types of testing - Knowledge of testing methodology and purpose of test documentation - REST API tools (Postman or similar; familiarity with variables, functions, snippets is a plus) - Scripting languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python - SQL at basic level (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) - Experience in API testing (REST, SOAP) - Experience with task trackers (JIRA or similar), test management tools (TestRail, Allure TestOps, TestIT or similar) - Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation (scenarios, cases, etc.)
