QA Automation Engineer (Playwright, JavaScript)

Button One seeks a QA Automation Engineer (Playwright, JavaScript) for remote work, with 3–6 years experience, salary 130,000–150,000 RUB/month.

Develop and maintain UI, API, and end-to-end tests using Playwright and JavaScript. Create and maintain smoke and regression test suites. Analyze requirements, design tests, prepare test documentation, and assess risks. Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. Verify REST APIs, integrations, business logic, and data using SQL queries. Analyze test run results, review logs, and work with developers to fix test failures. Run and analyze automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.

3+ years of test automation experience and strong testing theory knowledge. Practical experience with Playwright and JavaScript, understanding of automated test architecture. Ability to independently analyze requirements and systematically create test suites. Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, and REST API. Experience with logs, Git, and SQL for data verification. Knowledge of Java or Python sufficient for reading and writing automated tests (language depends on project). Ability to deliver results and collaborate with developers. Nice to have: experience building an automation framework from scratch, integrating tests into CI/CD, deep API/integration testing experience, strong SQL, Docker, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or TeamCity.

Salary: 130,000–150,000 RUB per month (net). Full-time employment. Schedule: 5/2. Remote work.
