Brokeree Solutions is an international fintech company. Since 2013, we have been creating and supporting solutions used by brokerage companies in Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. Implementation and use of automated testing and other practices in the QA team to improve efficiency and automate processes. Adherence to quality standards and testing processes. Designing strategies and testing activities, including studying complex cases to ensure comprehensive testing. Conducting regular audits to ensure quality metrics comply with established standards. Taking prompt corrective actions to address non-compliance. Collaboration with development and technical support teams to design testing strategies. Onboarding new QA team members, ensuring their successful integration into work processes and the team. Working with test documentation.

4+ years of testing experience, understanding of the development process and testing principles. Experience designing / creating a testing framework from scratch. Experience analyzing and elaborating user behavior. Experience with automated testing of web and mobile applications, preferably high-load, understanding of functional and non-functional testing for 2+ years. Experience with financial or exchange products (experience with calculations, money turnover). Ability to identify non-working elements in the system and provide clear feedback on these issues. English language proficiency not lower than B2 level. Experience working with the Scrum system.
