Python Developer in Assistant Runtime Platform
Middle/Senior Python Developer at T-Bank. Design and development of the platform core, services, and components. Work with AI and LLM.
Design and write the platform core, bringing it to reliable production operation Develop services and software components Implement new features and develop existing ones Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making Ensure code quality: write and maintain unit tests, conduct code reviews Participate in development estimation, planning, and prioritization Mentor junior and middle developers in the team Communicate with clients and development, testing, and support teams
Python development experience: familiar with Asyncio, Concurrency, FastAPI, Flask, Django, Testing, and scaling specifics of Python applications Experience with databases: SQL Syntax, Indices, Transactions, Locks, Domain Design, Scaling Patterns, NoSQL — popular ORMs like SQLAlchemy Experience building AI and LLM products and tools: building agents and RAG systems, working with MCP, implementing memory mechanisms and coding agents
