Python Developer (Senior) at Ak Bars Digital Technologies. Hybrid role in Moscow/Kazan. Focus on FastAPI API design, AI integration, code review, and CI/CD.

The role involves designing APIs using FastAPI, working with databases and integrations. You will transform tasks into AI prompts, bring code to production, and review both human and AI-generated code. Experience with React for tasking AI on components and integrating with APIs is required (no front-end from scratch). You will also write and maintain Dockerfiles, docker-compose, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficient in Python 3.10+ (asyncio, typing, FastAPI or Django/Flask). Ability to classify requirements (functional/non-functional/constraints). Experience with AI in daily development (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT/Claude), including prompt writing and understanding LLM limitations. React knowledge at a code reading level (JSX, hooks, props) to assign tasks to AI for components and integrate them into the application. Familiarity with Docker, docker-compose, Git, and basic Linux. Critical thinking: ability to critically evaluate AI output and ensure final quality.

Working hours from 9 to 18 with a 3/2 hybrid schedule. Offices located in Kazan and Moscow. Voluntary medical insurance including dental care. Regular technical and performance reviews.
