- Experience as a Python Developer for 3+ years. - Solid knowledge of Python 3.7+. - Higher education degree. - Understanding and desire to develop in the field of AI. - Understanding and successful experience applying design patterns (GoF, SOLID, GRASP). - Experience in conducting code reviews and working with GitFlow. - Experience developing applications based on a microservice architecture. - Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational DBMS principles (PostgreSQL). - Experience writing unit tests. - Experience developing asynchronous applications in Python. - Understanding of the application development lifecycle in the context of Agile. - Experience developing agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph and successfully implementing them in a production environment. - Experience and desire to work in a team, ability to argue decisions and negotiate.
