Python Developer in AI for Employees Team

Join 2GIS as a Python Developer in the AI for Employees team to build internal AI assistants using LLMs, integrate models and APIs, and deploy services in Kubernetes. Remote work in Russia or hybrid in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk.

The team is responsible for determining which AI tools employees will use, setting priorities, and creating solutions that bring real value. Responsibilities: - Develop a platform for creating internal assistants using modern approaches. - Provide employees with access to current LLM capabilities: integration of new models, MCP, and APIs. - Analyze the quality of generative models, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements. - Stay up-to-date with best practices and open source projects in LLMs and integrations. - Deploy and maintain services in Kubernetes: deployment, configuration, monitoring, and alerting. - Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews of existing solutions, propose optimizations and improvements.

- 5+ years of development experience. - Active LLM user, applying them in work and personal life, understanding capabilities and limitations. - Experience deploying services to production and ensuring their stable operation. Nice to have: - Understanding of AI agent architecture (orchestration, memory, tools). - Experience with one of the frameworks for building LLM pipelines: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack.
