Publishing Team Lead

TrafficStars is an international AdTech company with over 10 years of history. We work with thousands of advertisers and publishers worldwide and continue to actively develop the Publisher Management direction. We are looking for a Publishing Team Lead with experience working with publishers and managing a team to help develop one of the directions of the Publishing Department, build processes, and scale the business. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Publisher Managers: set goals, develop employees, and improve work efficiency; • Interact with Product and Tech teams, convey feedback from clients and the market; • Look for new opportunities for business growth and partnership development; • Control team KPIs, onboarding metrics, and client portfolio development; • Attract new publishers and support them at all stages of cooperation; • Develop relationships with existing partners, increase their revenue and placement efficiency; • Participate in international conferences and industry events.

• Experience in AdTech (Publisher Management, Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development); • Experience managing a team; • Strong negotiation and partnership development skills; • Ability to work with KPIs, analytics, and find growth points; • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
