PSP Manager in Limassol, Cyprus (office). Full-time. Manage payment methods, routing, PSP integrations, analyze approve rate, conversion, chargebacks. Requirements: 2+ years in Payments/FinTech/PSP, English B2+.

Tasks: • Manage payment methods and connect new PSPs • Manage routing and cascading payments • Negotiate with partners • Analyze approve rate, conversion, chargebacks and fees • Launch payment solutions for international GEOs

• Experience in Payments / FinTech / PSP 2+ years • Experience with PSP, acquiring or payment gateways • Understanding of payment flow, routing and chargeback • English B2+ Nice to have: • Experience in iGaming, Betting, Crypto or High-Risk
