PSP Account Manager (Relocation to Cyprus)
PSP Account Manager role in Limassol, Cyprus, focusing on payment provider negotiations, onboarding, and optimization. Requires 2+ years in payments/betting industry and English.
Lead negotiations with payment providers on fees, terms & integrations Support full PSP onboarding — evaluation, launch, optimization Monitor payment channels — approval rates, chargebacks, downtimes Analyze payment flows across geographies to boost conversion Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Sales teams Prepare reports and strategic recommendations based on data Work with payment methods across multiple regions, especially Europe
2+ years in betting/gambling or payments industry (Merchant/PSP) Deep knowledge of payment methods (e-commerce vs P2P) Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills English Intermediate+ (other languages are a plus) Proactive, results-oriented, and thrives under pressure Willingness to travel when needed Relocation to Cyprus is mandatory
