Project Manager at AЭРО in Moscow. Hybrid work. Senior level. Manage e-commerce product development projects, lead teams, manage backlogs and budgets. Requires 3-6 years of IT project management experience, preferably in custom development and e-commerce.

Manage product development projects from scratch or upgrade existing ones in the e-commerce sphere. Projects are long-term, large-scale, and challenging. You will have the opportunity to influence the product. Manage a full product team including product managers, system analysts, designers, and a testing team. Manage the task backlog: set priorities, get estimates, manage timelines. Manage the project budget and achieve profitability goals. Participate in presales, forecast, and evaluate project effectiveness. Interact with clients, monitor deadlines and quality requirements, manage contractual and verbal agreements with clients. Future professional growth includes managing client expectations, expanding client contacts, and selling technically complex and expensive IT solutions.

3 to 6 years of IT project management experience. Mandatory experience in custom development. Strong technical background: understanding of architecture, development, and integrations. Practical experience managing teams and projects in e-commerce and data. Skills in budget management and achieving financial goals (experience with projects from ~20 million ₽). Experience in forming, prioritizing, and maintaining a task backlog. Developed communication skills and ability to build long-term partnerships. High level of responsibility, willingness to take responsibility for the team's results, including its mistakes. Orientation towards development and long-term cooperation.
