Facts about the company: • 1.6 million m² of leasable area • 110 billion rubles of assets • 10,000+ investors • 25 years of expertise and experience • 8 regions of presence About the role: • We are looking for a specialist who will be at the intersection of business, product, and development. • The team we are looking for a specialist for: Digital services and data analytics for investors What you will do: • Manage projects (internal products and services) from task definition to release • Collect, structure, and formalize requirements from the business • Prepare technical specifications and assign tasks to the development team • Describe business processes and user scenarios • Participate in the design and development of the company's digital products • Control deadlines, quality, and completeness of task execution • Act as a liaison between business, development, and analytics • Fulfill ad-hoc requests and prepare analytical reports. • Reconcile data with sources (1C)

• Experience from 3–6 years in the role of delivery manager / business analyst / project manager • Ability to write clear and structured technical specifications • Understanding of the IT product lifecycle • Skills in task decomposition and prioritization • Basic SQL • Experience with Figma (at the level of interacting with mockups) Will be a plus: • Experience in fintech / proptech / investment products • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Loginom) Important for us: • Systems thinking and the ability to understand complex processes • Responsibility for results, not just tasks • Proactivity and independence • Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty • Strong communication skills
