Project Manager wanted for marketing agency PRODOKHOD. Full-time, remote. Salary from 50,000 ₽ + KPI. Responsibilities include managing projects, leading a team, conducting customer development, and client communication.

Manage projects from research and TЗ formation to final client reporting. Manage a team (designers, directors, SEO, copywriters): set tasks and control execution and deadlines. Conduct CustDev and competitor analysis to form a promotion strategy. Prepare TЗ for designers, programmers, and copywriters for development, packaging, and launch of advertising campaigns. Work with GEO services (Yandex Maps) and medical aggregators (ProDoktorov, SberZdorovye, etc.). Set up analytics systems, track funnels, and prepare clear monthly reports for clients. Communicate personally with clients.

Experience working in agencies. Ability to work with a large volume of information and decompose tasks. Proactivity and independence in decision-making. Work with neural networks, create AI agents, work in Claude.
