Project Manager with Marketing Expertise

Marketing agency seeks a Project Manager with marketing expertise for remote or office work in Voronezh. Salary up to 100,000 RUB/month plus bonuses.

We are a marketing agency working with a federal franchise and local franchisees. Each client has their own goals, metrics, and scope of services. We are looking for a project manager who can see the whole marketing picture: understand the product, audience, offer, customer journey, and the link between promotion and sales. You will represent client interests within the team, help specialists understand business tasks, ask questions about results, and drive agreed decisions to implementation. At the start, you will systematize project management and client metrics, and facilitate information exchange between clients and the team. Responsibilities: Maintain an up-to-date picture for each project: client goals, services, metrics, current tasks, and agreements. Monitor metrics and highlight projects with rising acquisition costs, declining leads, or missed targets. Investigate deviations with responsible specialists, agree on actions and deadlines, and follow up after changes. Together with the team, create promotion plans, prepare briefs, distribute tasks, and verify results. Ad campaign setup is handled by specialized specialists. Explain to the client what is happening with the project, what solutions are proposed, and expected results. Identify opportunities for client business growth, including expanding services: justify proposals and organize implementation.

Experience as a project manager in digital marketing. Marketing expertise: ability to understand product and audience, evaluate offer and funnel, and link team work to business results. Ability to formulate problems from project data, ask specialists substantive questions, and jointly determine what to check or change. Experience with Roistat, Yandex Metrika, and Bitrix. A big plus: confident work with AI and experience automating routine tasks: preparing summaries and reports, processing information, recording agreements, and creating tasks from meeting outcomes.

Salary 70,000–100,000 RUB per month plus bonuses. Remote work or work in the office in Voronezh. Schedule from 9:00 to 18:00. Autonomy in project management and work with a team of specialized specialists.
