Project Manager (Web3 / DeFi)
Product IT company in Web3 is looking for a Project Manager to manage Web3/DeFi projects. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing tasks, and optimizing development processes. Remote, flexible schedule.
We are a product IT company in the Web3 sphere. We are developing an ecosystem of products: DEX, educational platform, mempad, marketplace, and new development solutions. We are looking for a Project Manager who will take responsibility for project delivery and establish clear processes within the teams. ▪️Tasks: ▫️ Full-cycle Web3 project management, ▫️ Team coordination: development, marketing, design ▫️ Task decomposition and requirement setting ▫️ Monitoring deadlines, quality, and task completion ▫️ Managing priorities and team workload ▫️ Identifying and resolving blockers ▫️ Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders ▫️ Project documentation management (Asana, Notion, etc.) ▫️ Optimizing development processes ▫️ Preparing project reports
▫️ Project Manager experience in Web3/DeFi for over 3 years ▫️ Experience launching MVPs and bringing products to market ▫️ Understanding of DeFi, smart contracts, NFTs, tokenomics ▫️ Skills in setting tasks for technical teams ▫️ Experience with Agile/Scrum ▫️ Startup experience ▫️ Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel ▫️ Strong communication skills and result orientation ▪️Will be a plus: ▫️ English from B1 ▫️ Experience using AI tools
