5-6 years of experience, proven experience managing IT teams of at least 10 people, experience with sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management using Agile/Scrum, and experience coordinating distributed teams and working with outstaff and outsource resources.

Full-time employment, hybrid work model (Moscow office, with at least annual visits), 1-year project duration with possibility of extension. Employment via individual entrepreneur (IP).
