Responsibilities: Ideas and Trends: • Monitor and implement trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts • Analyze viral videos to understand their success factors • Compile content ideas, scripts, and visual solutions into a content database Preparation for Shoots: • Create scripts (strong hook, story, CTA) • Prepare shooting briefs (TZ) • Select locations, props, and outfits • Find and coordinate models/actors/bloggers • Plan content release schedule Shoots: • Assist on set: monitor framing, angles, and content quality • Control timing and takes • Oversee lighting, sound, and overall output Editing and Finalization: • Transfer materials for editing with clear briefs (TZ) • Ensure video dynamics and viewer retention • Check subtitles, graphics, and sound • Make edits and finalize the product Organization and Processes: • Manage tasks and deadlines (Pyrus, etc.) • Prepare budgets, timelines, and reports • Maintain team communication • Maintain content database and archive Additional: • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions • Perform simple editing in CapCut • Find bloggers and launch collaborations • Test new content formats

• Experienced content creation specialist with deep knowledge of trends and production skills. • Ability to analyze, utilize potential of new formats and viral elements on TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube Shorts. • Willingness to travel to shooting locations in Moscow and Moscow Oblast (up to 280 km) or Krasnodar and Krasnodar Krai (up to 100 km). • Flexibility and independence: most interaction will be online with remote teams.
