Vaveda Games LLC Games is looking for a Project Manager to manage several game projects. 2+ years of experience in mobile gamedev is required. The company has a portfolio of 4 projects with over 100 million downloads.

We are Vaveda Games LLC Games, an independent game studio creating projects in the casual, hybrid-casual, and midcore genres. We have opened a position for a Project Manager to join our team, who will take charge of managing several game projects at different stages - from idea to release, LiveOps. What tasks await you: - Full management of the project lifecycle: from idea and planning to global release and subsequent support; - Managing several cross-functional teams and coordinating their work; - Supporting, optimizing, and developing existing processes, implementing effective pipelines for new teams; - Conducting team and individual meetings (planning, daily, grooming, retrospectives, 1:1, participation in performance reviews); - Maintaining and updating project documentation; - Interaction with PMO and Producer; - Working in a task tracker.

What is important to us in a candidate: - 2+ years of experience in a Gamedev company - mandatory; - Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously; - Experience implementing agile methodologies; - Ability to plan and allocate resources, estimate deadlines, and risks; - Good communication skills and the ability to find common ground with different specialists. Will be a plus: - Experience working on casual, hybrid-casual, or midcore projects; - Experience interacting with distributed teams.

Offices are located in Minsk and Cyprus, but the team is distributed, colleagues work from different parts of the world.
