Project Manager (PMO)

International IT company in Limassol, Cyprus seeks Project Manager to manage international projects, coordinate teams, and drive feature launches. Relocation required.

- Manage the launch of new features and development of international projects. - Coordinate development, QA, and other project teams. - Collect, analyze, and decompose business requirements. - Manage backlog, timelines, and quality of task implementation. - Interact with product teams, partners, and stakeholders. - Maintain project documentation and participate in process improvement.

- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT. - Successful experience launching large projects and working with development teams. - Knowledge of Agile and experience with task trackers (YouTrack, Jira, or similar). - Understanding of client-server and microservice architecture. - Experience preparing technical documentation and working with Wireframes. - Understanding of UX/UI and ability to work with business requirements. - Independence, proactivity, and decision-making skills. - English from B2 level. Nice to have: experience with international products, payment systems, and mobile applications.
