Project Manager of MBA and DBA Center

HSE Graduate School of Business seeks a Project Manager for MBA and DBA programs to organize off-site modules in Russia and abroad, coordinate events, manage logistics, budget, and partners. Requires international project experience and fluent English.

The Graduate School of Business at HSE invites a Project Manager to the MBA and DBA programs center team. The role involves organizing off-site educational modules in Russia and abroad, as well as coordinating events of the center. Responsibilities: • Organize and support off-site educational modules in Russia and abroad. • Develop the concept and program of modules, coordinate key preparation stages. • Coordinate other events of the MBA and DBA center. • Manage project logistics and budget, control deadlines and quality of execution. • Interact with partners and contractors, monitor the quality of services provided. • Maintain project documentation and keep supporting documents in order. • Analyze feedback from students and use it to improve programs.

• Experience in international projects. • Attention to detail. • Skills in logistics, budget, and partner management. • Fluent English.
