The HSE Lyceum is looking for a project manager for the Lyceum to Schools project, who will take responsibility for the development of the project as a whole line of educational products, build work with teachers, school administrators and partner organizations, and will be responsible for the quality, promotion and sustainable results of programs. What to do? • Formulate the project strategy and product line for teachers and school administrators, taking into account the needs of educational organizations. • Organize the full cycle of professional development programs: from studying the request and developing the program to conducting it, collecting feedback, and issuing certificates of the established HSE Lyceum form. • Plan and conduct internships for school management teams, seminars, conferences, and regional visits in offline, online, and hybrid formats. • Engage Lyceum teachers, HSE experts, and invited speakers in the project, and build working relationships with them. • Help participating schools adapt and 'package' Lyceum practices into a format convenient for implementation according to their needs. • Build relationships with schools, regional education authorities, and professional communities, and support contractual work at all stages. • Manage the project budget: plan income and expenses for paid programs, maintain estimates, and prepare documents and reports. • Be responsible for promoting the project through the website, newsletters, social media, materials, and media communications. • Monitor project indicators and propose improvements in content, processes, and results.
