Project Manager Middle

Project manager to lead development teams (5+), manage large-scale services/apps, budgets, and client communication. Hybrid work in Moscow, full-time.

We are looking for a project manager to lead new and existing products, build team workflows, and be responsible for results to clients and the company. Responsibilities: – Lead projects from start to finish – Brief clients, manage expectations, and present solutions – Coordinate developers, analysts, QA, and DevOps – Plan schedules and team workload – Manage budgets, expenses, and project profitability – Oversee document flow, payments, and reporting – Participate in estimation and presale preparation

– Experience managing a development team of 5+ people – At least 3 delivered large projects: complex services or applications, not landing pages – Understanding of development processes and technical terminology: API, Git, release policies – Experience with project economics or willingness to learn quickly – Experience in e-commerce or mobile development is a plus

– Loft office in central Moscow, 10 minutes from metro – Employment according to Russian Labor Code, official salary, paid vacations and sick leave – Large clients and non-trivial projects for a strong portfolio – Immersion in project economics and ability to influence company processes – Practical experience in AI-driven project management: automation of routine, context management, and work with AI agents – Support for personal brand: articles for VC and Habr, participation in conferences
