The AI Alliance unites 22 leading Russian companies, including Sber, Yandex, MTS, Gazprom Neft, RDIF, and VK. We create technology products and launch joint projects that help businesses use artificial intelligence more efficiently and safely. We are looking for a project manager (middle) to join our team, develop new products, and work with experts from Russia's largest companies. Our flagship products: — AFINA — together with market participants, we developed a methodology for assessing the financial effect of AI implementation and are developing tools for its practical application. — AI Cybersecurity — together with technology partners, we create methodologies and tools for assessing the security of AI systems. — AI Case Showcase — we collect and systematize best practices of AI implementation in Russian companies. — Expert Network — we develop a professional community of specialists from leading companies for experience exchange and joint initiatives. What you will do: — Lead projects: plan tasks, monitor deadlines and results. — Understand new topics, analyze information, and find solutions. — Prepare presentations, research, and other project materials. — Participate in launching new products and propose ideas for their development. — Help organize industry events and present project results.

You will fit in well if: — Have at least 3 years of experience in project management, analytics, consulting, or product development. — Can independently understand new topics, analyze information, and draw conclusions. — Can prioritize, meet deadlines, and bring tasks to results. — Know key product metrics (MAU, DAU, Retention, Conversion, Engagement) and can apply them to evaluate and develop a product. — Understand product management principles, can form a product strategy, build a roadmap, and determine development priorities.
