Project Manager for WordPress aggregator and catalog sites. Responsibilities include project lifecycle management, roadmap planning, team coordination, and product logic development. Offers 50k-120k depending on hours and project scope.

We create and develop WordPress aggregator and catalog sites that are independent products, not just turnkey websites. Projects are initially built with logic for scaling, traffic growth, monetization (promotions, banners, native formats), reaching break-even, and profitability. We are looking for a Project/Product Manager who can take a project from structure and team to results, deadlines, and metrics.

Experience as a Project Manager/Product Manager in web projects from Middle level. Mandatory experience with WordPress. Understanding of aggregator and catalog structures. Experience in: turnkey project management, roadmap planning and execution, managing distributed teams. Understanding of: how websites grow, how projects make money, how to prioritize tasks by business effect. Systemic thinking and result orientation. Ability to think and propose solutions, not just execute tasks. We will not consider candidates who: have not worked with WordPress act as a 'task manager' cannot plan and manage deadlines work strictly according to the task and do not include product thinking are not ready to take responsibility for the project's result

Simultaneously: 2 medium projects Payment: from 50k for 4 hours a day, until the project launch, 100k-120k fixed for a full project workday (discussed with successful candidates). Long-term cooperation with successful work.
