Scalable Solutions is looking for a Project Manager for their Infrastructure team. The role is hybrid in Tbilisi or remote from other locations (outside of Russia and Belarus). Salary range is $3000 - $5000.

Scalable Solutions unites best practices in fintech, academic research, and blockchain technology integration into banking systems to achieve exceptional financial results. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to take over resource management and planning for several DevOps teams.

At least 4 years as a Project Manager in IT, focusing on infrastructure projects, DevOps, or administration. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and other flexible methodologies (Kanban, SAFe). Expertise in managing technical teams: successful experience leading cross-functional teams (administrators, DevOps engineers, SRE), including work planning, task distribution, and performance monitoring. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS), infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible). Deep knowledge of processes and methodologies: proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and performance metrics (SLA, SLO, MTTR), understanding of development, testing, and operations processes. English B2-C1. Will be a plus: Experience working in distributed (remote/multinational) teams.
