'Steel Flow' is a marketing agency helping B2B manufacturers acquire clients through landing pages and Yandex Direct. We attract clients ourselves, ensuring a stable flow of projects. The project manager doesn't need to find clients or sell services. The team includes advertising specialists, ready instructions, clear processes, and work standards. We are expanding and looking for a project manager to control project execution. The role involves being the link between client and team: monitoring deadlines, tasks, and KPIs, preparing reports, and explaining project status to clients. We need someone who can calmly communicate the agency's position, argue decisions, and not promise what the team can't deliver. Responsibilities: launch new projects, gather client information, assign tasks to specialists and monitor deadlines, control project progress and key KPIs, spot problems early and raise them within the team, prepare clear weekly and monthly reports, answer client questions during working hours, conduct short calls with clients and team, record agreements and maintain order in tasks, prepare closing documents for clients.

Calm and confident communication with clients; ability to argue position without conflicts; proactive risk warning; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; monitor deadlines and remind about agreements; not waiting for instructions on every action; love order in tasks, documents, and chats; ability to independently understand situations and propose solutions. Basic understanding of Yandex Direct is important: know what impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion, lead, and cost per application are, and be able to assess metric dynamics. No need to configure ads independently.
