Vanilia is seeking a Project Manager for a premium digital platform launch in Moscow. This is a leadership role responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from concept to launch and scaling. Part-time, remote position with a salary of 50-60k RUB/month.

We are launching a premium support platform in Moscow. The project concept includes verified profiles, secure transactions, Elite status, reliability ratings, and internal quality control. The project involves website development, CRM setup, secure transaction implementation, manager dashboards, rating systems, and internal moderation. This is a new format service with ambitions to become a market leader.

Experienced Project Manager with systemic thinking. Ability to structure chaos. Leader, not just a task executor. Proven track record of delivering projects to completion.
