Project Manager for Palliative Care Service

Charity fund AdVita in Saint Petersburg seeks a Project Manager for palliative care, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote), part-time 20 hours/week, salary 37,400 RUB net. Involves podcast and support group projects.

Project "Podcast 'In the End'": — searching for guests, working on the script, coordinating recording time and place; — uploading recordings to platforms; — managing podcast social media, writing texts, promotion; — planning, analysis, and reporting; Project "Support Group for People Experiencing Loss": — recruiting participants; — maintaining contact with participants in messengers: notifications, answering organizational questions; — sourcing and purchasing supplies; — reporting, signing completion acts.

— currently ½ rate (with possibility to increase to full), 20 working hours per week, ability to choose work intervals and number of hours per day between 10:00 and 18:30; — schedule 5/2, hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days remote; — office within walking distance from metro Elizarovskaya; — salary 37,400 rubles after taxes; — employment according to Labor Code of the Russian Federation; — friendly team, supportive atmosphere.
