Responsibilities: - Assemble a team for retreats and build a management system: planning meetings, reports, tasks, and deadline control; - Organize retreats end-to-end: program, experts, venue, logistics, and contractors; - Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and rebuild them to increase conversion; - Conduct customer development with entrepreneurs; - Anticipate problems before they arise.

Experience organizing offline events, retreats, or launches; experience managing a team; high involvement in processes; ambitious and self-sufficient; efficient and punctual; analytical mindset; willing to regularly learn and develop competencies.

Only Moscow; hybrid schedule; 2-3 days of offline work with the team during retreats; 120,000 RUB at start, then from 150,000 RUB based on results.
