Responsibilities: • Build transparent communication with clients: conduct meetings and present team results for sprints • Coordinate team work and manage workload calendar • Set clear SMART tasks in Bitrix, control deadlines, quality, and budgets for each task, provide feedback, and return tasks for revision. • Manage client and team expectations constructively and with sound arguments.

• Project management experience of at least 1 year • Willingness to make decisions and take personal responsibility for project results • Ability to solve problems, not just provide service • Ability to qualify requests and feedback
