PROGA is looking for a Middle IT Project Manager for a programmatic project. Remote work in Russia. Full-time employment. Salary: 90,000 RUB.

PROGA is a young and dynamic agency with 4 years of experience in website, bot, and application development. We are looking for a Middle IT Project Manager for a project in the programmatic sphere (DSP system). This is a complex, high-load topic, so we need a PM who is not afraid of specifics. Responsibilities: – Manage a team of 6+ people (frontend, backend, design, QA) – Work specifically on a programmatic / DSP project – Build communication with the client and within the team – full process transparency – Plan and control the project budget – Monitor workload and effectively distribute tasks – Conduct daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives – and do it meaningfully – Control document flow and process compliance

– Experience in managing custom development – from 2 years (Middle level) – Experience managing teams of 8+ people – confidently and without chaos – Understanding of programmatic / AdTech / DSP systems (at least at a basic level) – Deep understanding of the project lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) – Experience working with external clients – ability to constructively say "no" – Basic understanding of development (stack, terms, limitations) – Developed soft skills – you don't just relay tasks, you lead people – High responsibility and organization without reminders
