Organize effective work on projects involving multiple teams; Manage risks, deadlines, and processes within projects to achieve results within the given timeframe; Maintain necessary project documentation and reporting: project plan, project metrics, project statuses, risk registry, and other necessary documentation; Provide stakeholders with all necessary information on project progress and control the execution of agreements; Ensure transparent and timely communication within the project team, as well as with related company departments; Build processes within teams to achieve the best results.

Experience working on cross-team projects with a large number of dependencies; Experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation; Skill in building effective communication with the project team, stakeholders, and managing their expectations; Ability to facilitate meetings, keep all participants focused, record and control agreements; Resilience to changes during the project and the ability to reduce their impact on the project progress; Desire to bring all systems to structure and order, meticulousness and methodology in working with project documentation and processes; responsibility for team results; Readiness for intensive work with a large amount of communication; Experience as a Project Manager on IT projects for 4+ years; Experience with web, mobile, and integration projects/products. Experience working in product teams.
