Project Manager / Account Manager at Marketing Agency

Astra Marketing is hiring a Project Manager for performance projects. Remote, salary from 90,000 to 120,000 RUB per month plus project percentage.

We are looking for a project manager for performance projects. Astra Marketing has been in business for 8 years and has gained significant positions in Russian agency rankings. We work with performance marketing: advertising, landing pages, research. Responsibilities: client communication via Telegram/Zoom, creating technical specifications and assigning tasks to specialists; working with freelancers for content/creative, finding contractors; achieving client KPIs with the team; preparing and defending budgets, presentations, reports; assisting in strategy and positioning for brands.

Experience in an agency from 2 years; knowledge of contextual advertising Yandex Direct and Metrica; experience managing 5-10 projects simultaneously; working hours from 10 to 18 Novosibirsk time (UTC+7), possibly +/- 1 hour - this time zone is required. Nice to have: basic skills in Google Sheets, Figma; systematic and independent, able to take responsibility; able to find solutions or people for tasks, search for information.
