REM HOUSE is looking for a Project Manager to manage high-end renovation projects for villas and large apartments in the UAE. Responsibilities include full project cycle management, documentation, team coordination, quality control, and client interaction. Requires 2+ years of experience in the UAE construction/renovation sector and fluency in Russian and English.

REM HOUSE is a boutique full-cycle fit-out company for affluent clients. Our core business is high-end renovation of villas and large apartments. Each project is managed by a personal manager with a strong emphasis on service, meaning utmost discretion and tact in communication, quality, and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Full cycle of managing renovation projects: from receiving the object and signing the contract to handing over the finished object to the client • Thorough work with project documentation: preparation and control of estimates, work schedules, technical specifications, and acceptance certificates • Operational planning and coordination of construction crews, material suppliers, and subcontractors. • Constant monitoring of work quality, adherence to technologies, and safety standards on site • Maintaining daily reports, photo documentation of stages, and document flow in the company's digital systems • Regular interaction with clients at all stages of the project, resolving emerging issues

Your superpowers: • Mandatory: experience as a project manager or site manager in renovation/construction in the UAE for at least 2 years • Mandatory: confident command of Russian and English languages (spoken and written) • Systematic approach to work: love for order, structure, and clear processes. Ability to organize not only the site but also your workday • High level of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work in a multitasking environment • Skills in project budget management and control of cost estimates • Willingness to actively move between sites
