Project Director

Leading EPC contractor invites a Project Director with 5+ years of experience in managing large investment projects in metallurgy or mining.

Responsibilities: Formulating project goals, boundaries, and parameters; developing project charter, WBS, and schedule. Staffing the project team, distributing tasks, responsibilities, and resources. Organizing interaction between representatives of related disciplines (AR, KR, HVAC, EOM, ATX, GSV, etc.) to align design solutions. Coordinating the work of in-house specialists and subcontractors, monitoring their obligations. Managing changes in scope, schedule, cost, and risks. Ensuring receipt and documentation of initial data, technical conditions, and approvals. Monitoring compliance of design solutions with technical specifications, SPDS, technical regulations, and company standards. Organizing and supporting state/non-state expert reviews, addressing comments. Delivering results to the client, ensuring timely signing of acceptance certificates.

5+ years of experience in a managerial position in managing large investment projects and/or design/engineering organizations in metallurgy or mining. Proven successful project delivery experience. Experience in building and managing teams. Experience in high-level negotiations.
