Product Owner / Product Manager

Senior Product Owner/PM for trading platform in Limassol/Larnaca, Cyprus. Hybrid work (3 days office). Experience with trading mechanics required.

Responsibilities: - Full responsibility for the product backlog — from idea to post-release results analysis - Prioritizing features based on data and measurable impact - Designing experiments, running A/B tests, and analyzing results - Practical work with trading mechanisms: leverage, margin, stop-out, execution, and expiration - Building roadmap for regulated and offshore environments

Must: - 3+ years of experience as PO/PM in trading - Deep understanding of trading instruments and their mechanics - Experience with user funds and financial products - Ability to independently analyze product data using SQL or BI tools - Practical experience with A/B testing and strong data orientation - Fluent Russian and English B2+ Nice to have: - Experience with MT5 or proprietary trading platforms - Experience in a regulated environment - Experience launching a new product or financial instrument from scratch
