Product Manager at MyFinishLine — international virtual quest platform for active people. Remote, full-time. Own product strategy and roadmap, build prototypes, conduct research, gamification, analytics.

MyFinishLine is an international platform of virtual quests for active people. Users move in real life (walk, run, cycle) and unlock chapters of an adventure story by completing routes around the world. Responsibilities: - Form and develop product strategy and roadmap of the app - Independently build working prototypes (vibe coding) and test hypotheses - Conduct user research (retention, engagement, reasons for churn), formulate hypotheses and validate them through A/B tests - Develop key gamification mechanics: story quests, medal system, integration with Strava and other fitness services - Analyze product metrics and make decisions based on them

Ideal candidate: - Product manager with experience in gamified products or games, who understands user motivation, good onboarding, and paywall. - Important to understand not only the product side but also be able to build solutions hands-on: e.g., create a concept in Figma and assemble a working prototype via vibe coding and AI tools. - Critical: experience in gaming/near-gaming apps/platforms, or fitness/sport/lifestyle apps, or play-to-earn products. - Experience as a product manager or product designer for 2+ years. - Measurable cases of revenue or LTV growth. - Experience with AI and vibe coding; ability to build infrastructure. - Confident Figma skills: portfolio with landing page designs requested. - Experience with analytics: able to read CJM and understand which metric is dropping and why. - Understanding of gamification and user retention principles. Nice to have: - Strong visual taste, especially in landing page design. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS sufficient to fix what AI generated. - Experience with databases. - English level sufficient to read documentation and write texts for landings and interface.
