Product Manager Senior (AI, EdTech)
Senior Product Manager for AI/EdTech products at WebGears/CyberYozh. Remote, full-time, salary from $2200-2800/month + KPI. Lead 4 products to monetization.
We at WebGears develop web projects, currently focused on EdTech and AI. We are looking for an experienced product manager to take responsibility for all four products and bring them to monetization. Directions to develop: 1. LMS for online schools: video and text lessons, homework, certificates, trials, delayed access, and integration of AI agents for routine automation. 2. AI curators: student assistants inside LMS (AI expert in the lesson and mentor on the dashboard). 3. CourseGenerator: generation of courses and textbooks based on LLM. 4. AI career center: career consultant for students and graduates. Responsibilities: 1. Product and strategy: • Manage roadmap and backlog for all four products, prioritize strictly. • Study competitors and the AI-in-EdTech market, bring new ideas to projects. 2. AI and ML (most important): • Decide what part of the work the model does and what part is regular product logic (hardcode). • Together with DS/ML team: formulate tasks for the model, collect evaluation sets (evals), monitor quality, cost, and latency of responses, choose suitable models. 3. Research and clients: • Conduct customer development with online schools, course authors, and students. Analyze support requests. • Work with school clients: onboard, collect feedback, launch pilots. 4. Team and analytics: • Write technical specifications and assemble prototypes for approval before development starts. Set tasks for the team and accept results. • Maintain product metrics: school activation, course completion, trial-to-paid conversion, AI assistant usage, share of generated courses that reach publication.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT product. • Successfully launched product or feature on LLM and understanding how to evaluate its quality after release. • Understanding of LLM products (prompts, RAG, hallucinations, token costs). Not required to code, but speak the same language as ML engineers. • Writing technical specifications so the team works without constant clarifications. • Ability to clearly formulate tasks for designers. Basic Figma skills are a plus. • Clear understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and forming success criteria for new features. • English at the level of fluent reading of technical documentation. Will be a big plus: • Experience in EdTech or with LMS. • Ability to assemble prototypes using AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude) faster than others write specs. • Understanding how AI agents and MCP work.
• Format: remote. • Flexible and comfortable schedule, we are for results, not for hours spent at the computer. • Income from $2200-2800 at start + KPI at monetization stage. • Regular performance reviews. • Citizenship and country of residence do not matter.
