Product Manager / Product Owner for a fast-growing crypto-financial platform. Full-time, remote role focused on execution and delivery. Competitive salary based on experience.

Own the product backlog and drive delivery end-to-end, working directly with the development team in fast 2-week sprints. The platform is a non-custodial crypto-financial product combining Visa cards, personal bank accounts, automated yield on crypto assets, and credit functionality, all without giving up custody. The product is already showing strong traction with $3M+ in card transactions and 50% MoM growth. Key Responsibilities: • Own and prioritize the product backlog in Linear • Write clear product specs and user stories for the dev team • Manage the full release cycle (2-week sprints) • Accept features from QA before production release • Collaborate with Growth Lead on activation and retention experiments • Own and improve key product metrics in Amplitude

2–4 years of experience in product management (fintech or crypto) Experience launching consumer mobile apps (iOS & Android) Understanding of DeFi concepts: wallets, yield, liquidation Data-driven mindset (Amplitude, basic SQL) Ability to work in small, fast-paced teams with minimal bureaucracy Strong Russian and English communication skills Stack: Linear, Amplitude, Figma, AppsFlyer, Miro Nice to Have: • Experience with non-custodial or DeFi products • Startup experience in high-growth environments • Strong ownership and hands-on approach
