Product Manager/Product Owner

UseTech, a full-cycle IT company, is seeking a Product Owner for a product manager role. Salary from 400,000 RUB. Involves product strategy, roadmap, P&L, team management.

Partners with Mail.ru, 2Gis, NLMK, Eurochim, Go Invest, Alfa-Bank, Sber, VTB, etc. Tasks: - Formulate product strategy and vision - Improve business model, licensing, sales approaches - Manage RoadMap, P&L, backlog - Formulate and test growth hypotheses - Find and engage potential clients and partners - Actively participate in sales (presentations, pilots) - Promote product at conferences and webinars - Manage product team - Organize implementation, support, and maintenance

- Experience in successful launch and commercialization of B2E/B2G product as Product Owner/Product Manager in Russia - Entrepreneurial qualities, business orientation - Experience in data center management, virtualization, infrastructure - Skills in market, niche, competitor research, CusDev, surveys - Ability to find, systematize, analyze information - Proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint - Excellent communication, friendliness, positive attitude Nice to have: - Additional education in product management, product analytics, product marketing - Contacts and connections in professional environment - Technical background
