Product Manager / Product Owner

UseTech seeks a Product Owner/Product Manager. Salary from 400,000 RUB per month. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap, P&L, backlog, sales, and team management.

It partners with Mail.ru, 2Gis, NLMK, Eurochem, Go Invest, Alfa-Bank, Sber, VTB, ICB, Samolet Development, X5 Group, Gazpromneft, Lemana Pro, Citilink, Lanit, IBS. The group also develops its own IT products (Usebus, Octopus, TIL HR) and flagship projects used by 70% of the country's population. Tasks: – Form product strategy and vision – Improve product business model, licensing policy, and sales approaches – Manage product RoadMap, P&L, and backlog – Formulate and test growth hypotheses, verify and analyze results, and incorporate them into product strategy – Search, attract, and establish contacts with potential clients and partners (with sales, marketing, and partner manager teams) – Actively participate in sales (presentations, product consultations, pilots) – Actively promote the product; participate in conferences, exhibitions, webinars – Manage the product team – Organize product implementation, support, and maintenance

– Experience successfully launching and commercializing a B2E/B2G product on the Russian market as Product Owner/Product Manager – Entrepreneurial qualities, business orientation – Experience in data center management, virtualization, and infrastructure – Skills in market, niche, and competitor research; organizing and conducting CustDev and surveys of potential users and clients – Ability to find, systematize, and analyze information – Confident use of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint – Excellent communication, friendliness, positive attitude

Salary from 400,000 RUB per month.
