3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with a B2C online casino operator Proven experience owning and launching product features end-to-end Strong knowledge of gamification, loyalty, bonuses & retention Understanding of casino operations: registration, KYC, deposits & withdrawals Experience with CRM platforms (Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track) is a plus Strong product discovery, analytical thinking & data-driven decision-making Good English Bonus: Experience in LATAM / Mexican iGaming markets
