Product Manager

Product Manager for an international digital financial marketplace in digital lending. Full-time office role in Tashkent, Uzbekistan with relocation. Company: one of the Big Three companies. Compensation: market rate.

The project is an international digital financial marketplace in the digital lending sector, involving work with large organizations and large-scale international tasks. Responsibilities: – Form product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities – Conduct product discovery: CustDev, market research, hypothesis testing – Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements for the engineering team – Manage product development from discovery and validation to launch and scaling – Define product KPIs and make data-driven decisions – Develop product analytics and identify growth opportunities – Work collaboratively with business, engineering, design, and analytics teams

5+ years of experience in product development, including 3+ years as a Product Manager 3+ years of experience in banking / fintech / digital lending Practical experience with digital lending or credit products Experience launching products from 0 to 1 or scaling after a pilot Experience with CustDev, market research, hypothesis testing, and product experiments Experience with SQL, product analytics, and web analytics Understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations Fluent Russian; English and/or Uzbek will be a plus Nice to have: – Experience in digital transformation projects – Knowledge of the JTBD methodology – Background in system analysis or experience working closely with solution architecture teams
