Product Manager — New Products / Startups

Product Manager for launching new products from scratch in fintech, trading, crypto/Web3. International markets, high uncertainty, fast hypothesis testing.

Launch new products from scratch: from idea and hypothesis to prototype, MVP and first users. Quickly test product and market hypotheses, find new niches and growth points. Form backlog and priorities, independently drive product initiatives from idea to result. Work with international markets and adapt the product for different audiences and jurisdictions.

Experience as Product Manager / Product Owner and launching products from scratch. Ability to work in high uncertainty, quickly test hypotheses and make decisions with incomplete data. Strong product thinking, independence and result orientation. Experience in fintech, investment, trading, crypto / Web3 products. Will be a plus: experience in startups, venture studio or launching multiple products; experience creating products for international market; technical background or rapid prototyping skills: no-code / low-code, n8n, scripts; practical experience with AI / LLM in product work.
