We are looking for a Product Manager to take over the development of the direction and directly influence its growth, revenue, and user value. Responsibilities: - Manage product and implementation: form and develop product roadmap in line with business goals; formulate business requirements and ensure their implementation; set tasks for development, design, marketing, and content team; participate in checking results and releases for compliance; coordinate work between development, marketing, sales, content, and other participants; maintain product documentation; take responsibility for the results of implemented changes and achievement of goals. - Manage product growth and metrics: be responsible for key product and financial indicators; participate in forming product development strategy; analyze effectiveness of product changes, launches, and initiatives; work with analytics, participate in creating and developing dashboards and reporting; find product growth points based on data, research, and user feedback; present results and key metrics within the company. - Marketing, sales, and product development: form product positioning and value proposition; participate in developing product packaging and communicating its advantages; coordinate marketing, content, and sales activities to achieve product goals; research customer needs, conduct interviews, and collect feedback; interact with sales and marketing teams to improve funnel efficiency and conversions; seek new opportunities for product and revenue growth.
