You will develop monetization of the product that comes to mind first when buying a car. We are looking for a product manager who will manage monetization as their own business: find growth points, quickly test ideas and bring them to results together with developers, analysts, and designers. What to do: - Seek growth opportunities through discovery - Test hypotheses with research and A/B tests - Launch changes and evaluate their impact on revenue

Ability to calculate economics, work with business models and metrics: ARPU, ARPPU, share of paying users. Justify decisions with data and lead the team to results. ⭐️ Experience in classifieds or marketplaces — a plus.

Salary: 1,150,000–1,750,000 ₸ (tenge). Hybrid work in Almaty. Help with relocation available.
