We are looking for a product manager who will manage monetization as their own business: find growth points, quickly test ideas and bring them to results together with developers, analysts and designers. Responsibilities: - Find growth opportunities through discovery - Test hypotheses with research and A/B tests - Launch changes and evaluate their impact on revenue

Ability to calculate economics, work with business models and metrics ARPU, ARPPU, share of paying users. Argue decisions with data and lead the team to results. Experience in classifieds or marketplaces is a plus.

Salary: 1,150,000–1,750,000 KZT. Hybrid work in Almaty. Relocation assistance available.
