DreamVR Studio is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of product development: audience selection, demand validation, prioritization, growth, and monetization. Responsibilities: - Find demand: research users and market, select promising segments, validate needs through interviews and real user actions. - Shape the offering: define product value, positioning, key scenarios, and monetization model. - Set priorities: decide where to direct team efforts based on expected impact, costs, and risks. - Test hypotheses: run experiments with predefined success criteria; based on results, develop, pivot, or close the direction. - Improve growth and economics: work with acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue; identify growth constraints and evaluate impact of changes. - Use AI as a primary work tool: conduct research, analyze data, build prototypes, and automate routine work with agents; verify sources and conclusions.

- You have launched or developed products and can demonstrate your contribution and results. - You know how to talk to users, work with data, and make decisions with incomplete information. - You understand the link between user value, product metrics, and economics. - You can justify priorities and align with the team on what to do, why, and how to measure results. - You regularly work with AI agents and can show specific workflows.
