Product Manager for Cross-Border Transfers

Product Manager for cross-border transfers at WB Bank. Full-time, office/hybrid in Moscow. Salary based on interview. Own team, active growth.

You will be responsible for the entire customer experience, from choosing the transfer method to the recipient receiving money, and for the metrics that depend on it: conversion, repeat transfers, support requests. Tasks: - Design customer scenarios together with a designer - Analyze the funnel: find where and why we lose customers, test hypotheses, calculate impact - Review customer requests with support and operations, eliminate root causes - Resolve issues with counterparties that affect the customer journey - Conduct research, prioritization, and backlog management, set tasks for development

Experience in customer scenarios or product analytics with concrete results you can show - Independent work with data and decisions backed by numbers - Understanding how fees, rates, and timelines affect customer choice and behavior - English for correspondence and calls with counterparties Nice to have: - Experience in fintech or banking - Strong technical or economic education - Personal experience with international transfers
